Put brown rice in a crock pot in a 1/3 ratio with water. (2 cups rice, 6 cups water, for example)
Leave on low overnight to cook (8 hours is a good time)
In the morning, serve topped with walnuts, butter, cranberries, cinnamon....anything you would top oatmeal with.
(I am not completely certain of the water ratio. You may have to play with it a bit...but at some point the rice becomes soupy and sticky and incredibly delicious)
